The following items are prohibited from shipping through our service: • Hazardous materials and dangerous goods • Illegal substances or contraband • Perishable items without proper packaging • Items prohibited by law or regulation • Cash, jewelry, or other high-value items without proper insurance Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service.

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept: • Credit and debit cards • UPI and digital wallets • Net banking • Cash on delivery (for eligible shipments) All prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value or actual value, whichever is less. We provide basic insurance coverage with the option to purchase additional coverage. We are not liable for: • Consequential or indirect damages • Loss of profits or business opportunities • Items not properly packaged • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
